1)  Flow Prior to Trip values in chart for 5 to 100 psig represent Nominal Minimum values ;
to obtain Nominal Maximum flow prior to trip values, multiply Nominal Minimum value by
the following factors :
1.34 for the Series 300
1.35 for the Series 700
1.29 for the Series 1800
2)   Flow values from 150 - 720 psig represent Nominal Minimum flow prior to trip values.
3)   Bleed-By flow after trip values represent Nominal Maximum values.
4)   Minimum service size for Series 1800 valve must be 3/4" IPS or 1" CTS.
NOTE : Calculate service line capacities from given flow and pressure drop data below to ensure that
adequate flow capacity is available to operate valve.  For additional assistance in sizing and
 technical information on GasBreaker valves, please contact GasBreaker.
